I graduated from Brandeis University in the spring of 2025, majoring in journalism and media studies with a minor in Near Eastern and Judaic studies. After my college graduation, I interned on The Baltimore Sun’s politics desk. I was hired as a regional reporter to continue covering local politics and to pursue stories related to rural Maryland. In my role at The Baltimore Sun, I work in print and digital news production.

When I was a senior in college, my interest in foreign policy and national news led me to pursue an internship at Voice of America’s China branch. Each morning, I compiled and edited the daily VOA China morning newsletter. I also supported producers in the newsroom, control room, and studios during broadcasts.

During the summer of 2024, I interned at RealClearPolitics, where I served as an editorial intern and research assistant for the White House correspondent. I prepared research packets, wrote stories about Congress, and attended a White House press briefing.

Ahead of those internships, I worked as a support and training specialist at Brandeis University’s Sound and Image Media Studios. I trained clients to use audio and video editing software, as well as cameras, audio recorders, and microphones. I also taught podcast scriptwriting and fell in love with audio editing and production.

I also have experience working in marketing copywriting. In 2022, I interned at CourtAvenue, where I created advertisements for Kia and developed marketing strategies for Epson.

In addition to my position at The Baltimore Sun, I currently work as a contributing writer for The Saturday Evening Post. I’ve been a regular contributor since I completed my internship at the magazine in 2023.

I grew up in Maryland and Minnesota, and I now reside in the D.C. area.
